Shipping
INCONTRI is committed to ensuring that the shipment to your address is flawless. For this reason, the best partners have been selected to guarantee the highest quality and rapidity of service: we ship to Europe, Italy and the rest of the world with DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at the moment of checkout, after having indicated the shipping address.
The cost of shipping is calculated on the basis of packages with a volumetric weight of up to 7 kg. If the package is heavier, additional charges may apply.
INCONTRI periodically offers promotional shipping rates: please refer to the information provided in our promotional banners and newsletters.
Delivery times
Delivery times are calculated from the first working day after order confirmation: an e-mail containing the tracking number will be sent as soon as the package is picked up by the courier. Visit the My Orders section in your INCONTRI account for up-to-date information on the status of your order.
All couriers deliver from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
ITALY:
Express: delivery in 1-2 working days
EUROPA:
Express: delivery in 2-3 working days
WORLD:
Standard: delivery in 5-9 working days

Customs taxes and charges
